It was confirmed by the United States of America on friday that the General commander of the Iran's Quds force as been killed by a drone strike ordered by President Donald Trump.

Amongst those in the drone strike at Baghdad International Airport early friday morning are ;asem Soleimani,the commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force unit,and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis,the deputy head of the Iran-backed Irai Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF).

Republicans praise Trump,saying his action is best for the interest of the people of America while the Democrats criticizes Trump's action saying the lives of many Americans have been put to danger by the drone strike on Iran,as expectedly Iran would want to retaliate.

The Us has since placed it's Baghdad Embassy on shutdown and ordered Americans to evvacuate Iran

A three day mournig has been declared in Iran in honour of the killed general.
