Former South African President, Jacob Zuma Eligible For Parole In Under Four Months

The former president will be eligible for parole once a quarter of his sentence has been served ,as it is under the country's correctional regulations, while quoting Justice Minister Ramola in his response to reporters interview.
While Speaking infront of Estcourt prison in KwaZulu-Natal province,Justice Ramola said that Zuma will be afforded dignity throughout his term of incarceration.
Reports have it that Zuma turned himself in overnight to the police to begin serving his sentence at the jail,which is located in a small farming town.
The sentence was handed down by the Constitutional Court on June 29 after Zuma refused an order to appear before anti-graft investigators.
Zuma will be placed in isolation in his first 14 days in jail in line with the Covid-19 protocols said the minister, who also said that Zuma is in good spirits.
