Abolarin Visits To Sympathise With Monarch Over Kidnap Incident

The lawmaker representing Ekiti Constituency in the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Abolarin Ganiyu Gabriel has paid a sympathy visit to the Owalobbo of Obbo-Aiyegunle, Oba Samuel Adelodun, over the incident of a kidnap case in the community.

Some gunmen have reportedly kidnapped three indigenes of the community, on the eve of the new year.

According to report, it was gathered that the victims were kidnapped on Obbo-Aiyegunle - Osi road in Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State.

In a press release, personally signed by Hon. Abolarin Ganiyu Gabriel, the lawmaker expressed his sadness over the unfortunate incident, while also assured the monarch and the people of the community,  of the Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq's administration effort towards providing adequate security for all residents of the state.

He assured the monarch of the state government concern and effort towards getting the kidnapped victims freed from their captors and reunited back with their family and community.

The monarch in his response, thanked the lawmaker for the visit and expressed his amazement and that of the entire community at the lawmaker's love and concern for the well being of the  people of the constituency.

He also expressed his appreciation for the efforts and concerns of the State governor, the Speaker of the state House of Assembly and the police commissioner, toward securing freedom for the victims from the den of the kidnappers.
