The letter reads :
"Hi ladies tomorrow will be my last clean for HSBC. I have made up a bucket of 155 cleaning materials for the next cleaner whoever that may be,i've left the job Jukie after the way you dressed me down in the office it was nothing more than agressive and cruel but that's a reflection on your character not mine.
So going forward please all of you remember. IN A WORLD WHEN YOU CAN BE ANYTHING BE KIND because you are all no better than the cleaner.
Regards
Julie."
Different reactions trailed the post and they include :
"One of my male managers was repeatedly rude to our lovely cleaner. One day she calmly got up, disappeared for a few mins then reappeared with a really smug look on her face. He later discovered she'd removed the bogrolls, towels & soap from the men's loos, locked them up..." - @RosieDicken
"A manager dressing someone down in public. Always remember that a clown always needs an audience"- @johnrusell1969
"My 1st day as server/waitress, I learned through observation that you don't want to act like a stuck up snob to the busboys, The girl that did was clearing her own tables, but bb's had to clean & Until THEY checked off 'done' your table will not show available to the hostess."-@nikkiwiedmer
"I'm a cleaner for the nhs in a secure mental health hospital. We're treated as a valued members of the team. Patients trust and open up to us more than nursing hstaff. We are no threat to them. We play a big part in their recovery. I was a catering manager before i joined the nhs."- @Look_its_Rhonda
"If the bank was dirty no one would come in. Cleaners are as important as the rest of the staff, to look down on them, means there is something wrong with your life. Good luck with your future."- @Steve87834875
"when i got my first job my father told me the most important people in an organisation were the least paid : cleaning, catering & security staff. He took the time to learn the names of as many of them as he could in his building & always gave them something @ Xmas. He worked here" -@JoannaMarieHall
"he collapsed in a toilet one evening, he was working late and it was one of those staff who came to his aide. I could've lost my dad that day. Always treat your colleagues with dignity, be they a cleaner or the CEO, you never know when you might need them to save your life!"- @JoannaMarieHall
"I remember my daughter asked me about the janitor in her school i had said he was the most important person in the school and she says like the doctor? i said yes! She always referred to him as Dr Egan. She is 35 years old and we still talk about that! He also still talks it."- @zanderf1
What's your take on this???!
